This Privacy Policy explains how Özgün Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Özgün Yazılım", "we", "us") processes your personal data in connection with our website, mobile applications, consultancy and training services (together, the "Services"). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and other applicable legislation.

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, organisation and job title that you share when you contact us by email.
• Service and training data: participant lists, training records and contract/billing details shared during consultancy or training engagements.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and access time, processed automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance when you visit the website.
• Mobile app data: if an app we publish needs to process specific data, this is disclosed separately on the app's store listing (App Store / Google Play) and within the app.

Our website does not use user accounts, forms, advertising or analytics tracking tools.

• To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, establishment and performance of a contract);
• To plan and deliver consultancy and training services (KVKK Art. 5/2-c);
• To handle invoicing and comply with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç);
• To keep the website and apps secure and working (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared where necessary:

• With service providers we rely on (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting, Google Fonts for web fonts, our email service provider). Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.
• With authorised public authorities where required by law.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security and proper operation of the site.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for any retention periods required by law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restrictions, to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data is transferred;
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• Request deletion or destruction of your data;
• Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis;
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children of that age.
